Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Make the Cheese Filling
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, lemon zest & vanilla until smooth.
- Chill for 10 minutes to firm slightly.
Step 2: Prepare Dough
